Dropdown selection quiz type


The logic is similar to a fill-in-the-blanks type, but instead of typing the answer manually, students choose it from a dropdown list. In the admin panel, you can configure the available options, while on the front end, students see a dropdown placed in the relevant part of the question.


To create a dropdown selection quiz question:



  1. Open Courses Plus app, find My courses tab or button. Go to the list of courses, select the one you need or create a new one:




  1. In the course section press Add quiz:




  1. Select type of question - Dropdown selection. Add your question and use {dropdown} variable button for showing blanks. You can use multiple {dropdown} variables in one question. You can also add explanations to answers. Once filled in, click Save button:
