How long does the migration take?

The timeline depends on the size of the migration, including the number of courses, lessons, content files, students, and progress records.


Please note that the estimate may change depending on public holidays and the current number of requests in our queue.


What if my files are hosted outside my course platform?

If your files are stored on another platform, such as Vimeo, Cloudflare, Wistia etc. we’ll need access to that account and a clear list showing which file belongs to each lesson.


Can you migrate my existing students and their progress?


Absolutely! We can migrate your students to Shopify and transfer their progress for the required period. You can follow the article here to add customers to your migrated courses, or our team can take care of it for you.

Can you move products from one Shopify store to another?


Sure, we can help with that. However, transferring products between Shopify stores is still handled manually by our support team.
