How to Import Courses from SCORM Files

Courses Plus allows you to import complete courses from SCORM files, including their content and structure. If you already use another LMS, check whether it can export courses in SCORM format. If not, we can simply migrate your courses manually

How to import a whole course

  1. Go to My Courses and click Create Course.

  1. Select Manual Setup.

  1. Click Upload from SCORM File.

  1. Use the course title from the package or enter a custom title → upload your SCORM file → wait for the import to finish.

Once the package is extracted, the course editor will open with the imported sections, lessons, and content.

Import a SCORM File as a Lesson

You can also import a SCORM package as an individual lesson:

  1. Go to My Courses and open the required course.

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to the required lesson and select Edit Lesson.

  1. Open Settings → select Import, or iSpring SCORM Import if the package was created with iSpring.

  1. Upload the SCORM file to add its content to the lesson.

Having trouble with an import? SCORM packages can differ depending on their format and the platform used to create them. If content is missing or displayed incorrectly, contact our support team and provide the original SCORM file. Our developers will be happy to investigate and, if necessary, adjust compatibility or assist with the import.
