How to generate certificates manually
Normally, students get their an email with a PDF certificate attached automatically after they've completed a course. They can also download a certificate directly on a course page after completing the course. Still, in some cases students ask admin to provide them with a certificate if they lost access to their email or deleted the email with a certificate.
In order to generate a certificate for a student manually, please navigate to your Shopify Admin ➜ Courses Plus ➜ My courses. Select a course, then click Actions ➜ Students:
FInd a student you'd like to generate a certificate for and click Download certificate:
You can choose which date should be printed on a PDF certificate:
