How to import students (attendees) into a course

Using this feature, you can manually import even thousands of students at once. Invitations are processed sequentially in the background, so you can close the page after starting the import.


How to import students


  1. Go to My Courses and select the required course.



  1. Open the Manually Invite Attendees tab → click Add Attendees.



  1. Choose an import method:
    • Email list: Paste email addresses separated by commas. You can add even thousands of addresses at once.
    • CSV file: Upload a CSV file containing the students' email addresses. You can also include their first and last names, which will be added to their Shopify customer profiles. You'll be also able to download the sample CSV file to see the required format.



  1. Paste the list of email or upload CSV file (depending on which option you've chose) → click Save



Optional: Set an access expiration date for the imported students.Click Save at the top of the page to start the import.


Important: Invitation emails are sent only if your SMTP settings are configured. Once SMTP is set up, you can also edit the email template sent to imported students.




  1. Wait till the students are invited and you'll see the list of imported studetns:
