Remove access from the Students page

You can easily remove a student’s course access from the Students page.




  1. Open the My Courses tab ➜ click the Actions button next to the needed course ➜ select Students:




  1. Press three dots next to the needed student ➜ Remove access




  1. Once access is removed, the blocked_course_PRODUCT_ID tag is added, which blocks access to this course:



  1. To renew the access, you can remove this tag from the customer card:
