Workflow Triggers and Actions app
Workflow Triggers and Actions connects external services with Shopify Flow and expands the automation options available for order and fulfillment workflows.
The app lets you:
- Connect external services to Shopify Flow through webhook channels.
- Create and manage separate channels for different integrations.
- Generate a unique webhook URL for each channel.
- Extend Shopify Flow automation for order and fulfillment processes.
How webhook channels work
- Open app's Settings → Enter channel's name → Press Create new channel. A new channel will be created automatically

- Press Generate URL → You'll see automatically generated URL that you can add to an external service, such as a CRM, Zapier, Make, or a custom application.

- When the service sends a valid request to the URL, the app receives the webhook and passes its payload to the Webhook event received trigger.
- Shopify Flow starts the enabled workflow and runs the conditions and actions you configured.
Keep the generated webhook URL private, because it provides access to the channel.

Use cases
- Connect external services to Shopify Flow. A CRM, automation platform, or custom system can send a request to a channel URL. The request starts a workflow that can use the received data to run the configured Shopify Flow conditions and actions.
- Automate fulfillment and promotions. Use Shopify Flow to send eligible orders to a third-party fulfillment provider or add a complimentary product when the workflow conditions are met.
