# Sidekick - Shopify Flow use cases

| Shopify has its own AI assistant, [Sidekick](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shopify-admin/productivity-tools/sidekick), which can help you with many different tasks in your store.

When it comes to the Courses Plus app, you can already use [Sidekick](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shopify-admin/productivity-tools/sidekick) to search and analyze your courses and students. For example, it can help you quickly check course enrollments, student activity, completed courses, purchase dates, and more - Sidekick - [Shopify's AI Assistant](https://help.courses-plus.com/en/article/sidekick-shopifys-ai-assistant-e1wcuf/?bust=1781267626346)

But can [Sidekick](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shopify-admin/productivity-tools/sidekick) be useful in other ways too? Absolutely.

One of the best examples is [Shopify Flow](https://apps.shopify.com/flow) - Shopify’s automation app that allows you to automate many different processes in your store.

Courses Plus also supports custom [Shopify Flow triggers](https://help.courses-plus.com/en/article/shopify-flow-app-integration-with-courses-plus-ieoscx/), which means you can build automations based on course-related events, such as course progress, completion, and other student actions. And the best part? [Sidekick](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shopify-admin/productivity-tools/sidekick) can help you work with these triggers as well.

Here are a few examples of workflows you can create with [Sidekick](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shopify-admin/productivity-tools/sidekick).

Ask [Sidekick](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shopify-admin/productivity-tools/sidekick) to create the workflow you need by simply explaining it:

In this case [Sidekick](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shopify-admin/productivity-tools/sidekick) created three differect workflows as Shopify Flow only supports a single trigger per workflow.

### Example 1 - Drip content reminder

### Example 2 - Half of the course completion email notification

### Example 3 - Course completion email + customer tag

And you can create even more complex workflow like this one for example:

Overall, the possibilities are limited only by your imagination. Creating Shopify workflows has never been easier.
