# Shopify Flow app integration with Courses Plus

By integrating   [**Shopify Flow app**](https://apps.shopify.com/flow) with  [**Courses Plus**](https://apps.shopify.com/courses), you can streamline course management, automate reminders, manage subscriptions, and send certificates, enhancing both your operational efficiency and student engagement.

Integrating Courses Plus with Shopify Flow automates various tasks related to course management and enhances customer interaction. Below are the available **triggers** and **actions**:

#### Triggers

* **50% of the course completed**: This workflow starts when a student completes 50% of a course.

* **Attendee invited**: This workflow starts when an attendee is invited to a course.

* **Course completion**: This workflow starts when a course is completed by a customer.

* **Course start reminder**: This workflow starts when a course starts in a specific amount of hours set by the admin in course settings. (reminder via spefic email)

* **Course start reminder for each student:** This workflow starts when a course starts in a specific amount of hours set by the admin in course settings. (reminder for all enrolled students) 

* **Course subscription cancelled**: This workflow starts when a course subscription is cancelled by a customer or admin.

* **Lesson completion**: This workflow starts when a student completes a lesson.

* **Section (module) completion**: This workflow starts when a course's section (module) is completed by a student.

* **Zoom lesson changed**: This workflow starts when the instructor changes a Zoom lesson and can be used to notify students automatically.

* **Credit expiration**: This workflow starts when student's [CE credit expire](/en/article/shopify-flow-trigger-for-expired-ce-credits-1b5lslu/)

* **3-day reminder before subscription billing**: This workflow starts 3 days before planned customer's subscription billing time[](/en/article/shopify-flow-trigger-for-expired-ce-credits-1b5lslu/)

* **2-weeks reminder before subscription billing**: This workflow starts 2 weeks before planned customer's subscription billing time

* **Course review added**: This workflow starts when a customer posts a new review for a course

* **Lesson drip content notification**: This workflow starts when new drip content lesson is available

* **Drip content notification**: This workflow starts when new drip content section is available

* **Quiz completion**: This workflow starts when a regular courses quiz is completed by a student

* **Quiz Essay reviewed**: This workflow starts when a quiz essay receives a final review status

* **Student enrolled after purchasing:** This workflow starts when a customer enrolls in a course after purchasing it

#### Actions

*  **Add course manager**: this action makes a specified customer a [manager](/en/article/course-managers-employees-team-enrollments-lizuy6/), allowing them access to the manager dashboard once added.

*  **Send PDF certificate to a student**: this action sends an email with a PDF certificate attached to a student.

* **Make course invisible**: this action will make selected course invisible (disabled / hidden) for all students. 

* **Reset student progress**: this action will reset student's progress after a course purchase.

* **Enroll a customer:** this action will enroll a customer into a course and provide access to its content.

* **Void access:** this action will revoke a customer’s access to a course.
