# How to limit quiz attempts

| You can set a custom maximum number of quiz attempts for individual customers using the Limit quiz attempts per customer setting.

1. Open the customer’s page in the Shopify admin:

2. Press **More actions** **→ Student’s courses**:

3. Press **Settings:**

4. Enable setting and set the required maximum number of quiz attempts for this customer, then **Save** the changes:
