# How to export students data

| You can export student data either from all courses at once or from a specific course.


### Exporting student data from all courses


1. Go to the **My Courses** page, click **Actions**, and select **Export students progress across all courses**.

2. Enter the email address where you would like to receive the export file and press **Proceed**.

3. Open the CSV file you receive using Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool.

### Exporting student data from a specific course


1. Go to the **My Courses** page, click **Actions** next to the required course, and select **Students**.

2. Click **Reports** and then **Export progress CSV**.

3. Enter your email address and press **OK**.

4. Open the received file using any convenient spreadsheet tool.


The exported file may include the following student data:
* Customer ID
* Course
* Name
* Email
* Student URL
* Finished lessons
* Total lessons
* Progress
* Start date
* Completion date

This information can also be useful for creating email campaigns and sending targeted messages to students enrolled in specific courses.
