# Adding course to community (Courses Plus & Mega community apps integration)

Follow these steps to add course-based access to your communities

1. Go to **Communities** page in Mega Community app.

2. Click **Create community** button.
3. After **Access type** section you will see Courses Plus related section. 
* If Courses Plus app is not installed yet, you will see information about it with a suggestion to install the app.

* If Courses Plus app is already installed, but no courses created, you will see information about it and button **Create course**.

* If Courses Plus app is already installed and you have at least one course, you will see **Course-based access ** section.

4. Enable **Provide access to this community by purchased course** checkbox and select course from list.

5. Specify other community data and submit creation of community.
After submitting community creation, you will see dialog window asking where to redirect you after community creation - to the course editing page or to all communities page.

If you go to All communities page, you will see created community with clickable link to the connected course.

This is also works for Courses Plus app.

If you want to disable access to your community by the course, you should follow the next steps:

1. Open selected community for editing.

2. Uncheck "Provide access to this community by purchased course".

3. Save changes.

This will keep connection between community and course, but won't provide access to community for those, who have access to course.
